This Chambers ranked firm is seeking an ambitious, driven Senior Residential Property/Conveyancing Associate with 3+ Years of relevant PQE to join its flourishing team in Central London.

The Role:
Due to a steadily growing client base and workload, this firm seeks a Residential Property/Conveyancing Solicitor 3+ PQE to join its progressive outfit.
You will be joining a friendly, supportive team of highly experienced Lawyers who look to really invest in their staff and offer significant career progression.
This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.
Requirements:
1. You will be a Residential Property/Conveyancing Lawyer 3+relevant years PQE
2. You will be a dynamic and personable individual
3. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
4. Have experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold
