Working Hours: Monday to Thursday : 07:30 - 16:30, Friday : 07:30 – 12:30
We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced machinist to work with a business that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming, Setting, and Operating CNC Turning Machines
* Working with Mazatrol, Fusion 360 and G-Code control systems
* Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
* Producing components to tight tolerances
* Setting tools with a clear understanding of cutting speeds and feeds
* Performing boring, drilling, and threading operations
* Using precision measurement equipment (verniers, bore gauges, micrometers, etc.)
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
What we are looking for
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Self‑motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
* Flexible and able to prioritise workload
* Commitment to continuous improvement and quality
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC Programming
* Experience with CAD / CAM is desirable but not essential
