This role presents an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to step into a more autonomous position, working within a dynamic firm that handles a strong pipeline of quality commercial property work.
In this role, you will take responsibility for a range of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, while also collaborating with senior colleagues on more complex and high-value transactions. Your day-to-day work will involve negotiating and drafting legal documentation, reviewing and reporting on title matters, carrying out searches, and ensuring transactions progress efficiently. You will be encouraged to build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice that reflects both legal and business considerations.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of four years' PQE in commercial property, capable of managing transactions with confidence and minimal supervision. You will bring a proactive and solutions-driven mindset, strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike.
