Role
Join our dynamic internal sales team to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. You'll manage existing accounts, win back dormant ones, and target new business through proactive sales and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow existing and new accounts
* Promote and sell lighting products to customers using alternative suppliers
* Manage enquiries, quotes, orders, and resolve queries
* Plan/forecast sales activity to meet or exceed targets
* Build product/brand awareness to increase market presence
* Attend occasional external customer meetings (mainly office-based role)
Person & Skills
* Proven telephone sales experience (lighting, electrical wholesale, or related sectors preferred)
* Strong relationship-builder with proactive, results-driven approach
* Confident managing FM clients and identifying growth opportunities
* Skilled in handling enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and resolving issues quickly
