What We Do At our Uphall service, we support vulnerable adults living in their own homes to live their best, most independent lives. We take a person-centred approach, meaning every individual has their own tailored support plan—and you’ll play a key role in helping them thrive. This role is for 35 hours per week. What You’ll Be Supporting With Every day is different, and you’ll get involved in a wide range of meaningful activities, including: Personal care Medication support Managing finances Meal prep & cooking Attending community groups Social activities & hobbies Shopping & daily living tasks You’ll be helping people build confidence, independence, and life skills—while forming positive, trusting relationships along the way. What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you are: Flexible, reliable, and committed Able to communicate clearly with people who use different communication styles Passionate about supporting others to grow and succeed A UK driving licence holder (the gentlemen we support have a house vehicle so it'd be great if you can drive!) When You’ll Work We provide support Monday–Sunday, including waking night shifts, and as a contracted Support Worker, we do need some flexibility to work different days and different shifts, to ensure fairness for all staff. Our shifts are: 7am - 2.30pm 7.30am - 3pm 2pm - 9.30pm 2.30pm - 10pm 9.30pm - 7.30am (waking night) Why Join Us?
