Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills Desirable Experience in lettings, estate agency or property management administration Confidence in handling challenging or sensitive situations The Role Office administration tasks to include post handling, mail merges, scanning, filing, etc. Managing day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and clients in a professional and timely manner Supporting Property Managers with routine administration tasks.
