You'll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, supporting a small and agile team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Receptionist & Customer Service Assistant Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel professionally Answer and direct incoming calls and emails Handle customer queries, orders, and follow-ups Submit customer orders into Sage and the ERP system Perform basic admin duties and liaise with internal departments The Candidate The successfully appointed Receptionist & Customer Service Assistant will have the following skills and abilities: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Confident communication, Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Sage Line 50, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
