Your new role We’re looking for an ambitious technical individual knowledgeable within the UC space. Who will be responsible for the operation of Exponential-e Voice platforms including BroadSoft and Microsoft teams. * Making sure support tickets are updated and resolved within agreed SLAs. * Working with third-party vendors where necessary to resolve issues. * Assisting the UC & CX Service Delivery Team as needed. * Escalating complex issues to senior UCC Specialist or Architects. * Providing occasional out-of-hours or on-site support for key UC services. * Being part of the emergency on-call Rota for out-of-hours support * Expectations for the role in 3-6 months is to establish knowledge and apply experience to existing customers What you’ll need to succeed * Experience working with Carrier Grade UCaaS Platforms / Soft Switches. * Confident in SIP troubleshooting and network diagnostics. * Intermediate SIP troubleshooting knowledge. * Hands-on experience working in a technical support environment. * Knowledge of routers, switches and customer LAN environments. * Microsoft Teams * Contact centre * Reporting tools * Cisco Webex What we offer * Working at the forefront of technology you will gain hands on experience with UC technologies * Autonomy and freedom to manage your own time and workload * Hybrid home and office working * Dedicated Learning and Development team and access to a range of training, courses and certification support * Comprehensive benefits including on-site cafe with free barista coffee, birthday leave, charity leave, vitality health cover and holiday purchase scheme to gain an extra 5 days leave!
