Senior Kitchen person required to run Rickerby Retreat Bar & Spa kitchen. Approx 45 hours per week with flexibility around days and times to be agreed. Serving light meals, deli boards and afternoon teas. Scope to change and develop menu as required. Must have food hygiene level 2 as minimum, previous industry experience. Must be able to complete all required food standards paperwork, place food orders, manage stock control and minimise wastage and control costings. Responsible to Restaurant Manager and General Manager. Immediate start available or within after a month notice period of current position.
