Are you an experienced Supervisor with a background in fish processing (ideally salmon) and strong people management skills?

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
* Lead, motivate and support a diverse team to achieve high performance.
* Oversee stock control and manage raw material flow efficiently.
* Maintain a high degree of process technology, with a focus on quality and yield.
* Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
* Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and maintain strong attention to detail.
About You:
* Proven supervisory experience in fish processing, preferably salmon.
* Strong people management skills, with the ability to build and lead effective teams.
* Excellent organisational skills with a focus on stock control and production planning.
* Tech-savvy, with confidence in using production systems and reporting tools.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
