You will report directly to the CEO, taking ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and helping drive consistency across the group. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading from the front, highly organised, comfortable with technology, and committed to honesty, efficiency, and integrity in all aspects of their work. Key Responsibilities Home Management & Leadership Take full operational responsibility for a home when required (e.g. during a Home Manager vacancy, annual leave, or transitional period).
