A thriving IT business based in Lincoln with deep roots in the Healthcare industry are super excited to release to the market, an executive level brand new position for a Head of Sales & Marketing.

The role is hybrid based in Lincoln, requiring someone to be in the office 2/3 days per week, so will need to be local and the main purpose of the role is drive increased revenue & opportunity via a clear streamlined strategy. The hired individual will need to create scalable operations, be creative in methods, utilise data driven decisions and be a strong people leader.
Day to day duties will include:
* Identifying new revenue opportunities
* Managing the sales & marketing strategy & budget
* Amending & evolving strategies where required
* People management
* Establishing metrics to aid the sales team
* Expanding into new markets
* CRM implementations to support the sales & marketing operations
* Forecasting
* Reporting
* National & International sales work
* Ensuring the marketing strategy is delivered and in line with the brand
* Plus much more
This role comes at a pivotal time for this business and they are seeking CV's with many of the below attributes:
* Highly experienced senior figure with a background leading Sales & Marketing functions & operations, preferably across industries such as Healthcare, Software Solutions, SaaS etc.
* Background within healthcare or with exposure to the NHS or the private medical world would be advantageous
* Fantastic skills across Strategy, Forecasting, Reporting & Budget Management
* Highly skilled across CRM systems ideally SalesForce
* Excellent people management & leader skills
* Good knowledge of modern marketing methods & tools
* Able to demonstrate a background in personal revenue growth as well as leading sales teams.
* Additional education, training or qualifications supporting skills within sales & marketing would be an added benefit.
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable in data driven scenarios
* The role will be hybrid working and will require someone relatively local to Lincoln that is comfortable being in the office 2 / 3 days per week.
The client is able to offer a strong salary range which will be disclosed with candidates upon discussing the role with the recruiter. This hybrid role will be working Monday to Friday with hours of 8:30AM to 5:15PM.
