Job Title Operations Manager Reporting to Managing Director and Nominated Individual Main purpose of job: To take responsibility for all of the Care Group services, whilst supervising and supporting front line managers. To ensure all aspects of the management of the services meet with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the requirements of CQC, together with all other relative legislative and contract requirements. To provide a needs led service to the people we support by adopting a person centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices. Main duties & responsibilities: Leadership and People Management: To lead the day-to day operations of the Group under the direction of the Managing Director and Nominated Individual Ensure that all services across the Sahara portfolio are operating in alignment with company standards, policies and procedures to provide the highest standards of care and service determined by the people we support, their relatives. Key stakeholders and legislation. Be proactive in identifying any areas of non-compliance and prioritise the development of comprehensive and time bound action plans.
