Key responsibilities: Provide commercial and financial insight to support strategic and operational objectives. Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Deliver financial analysis, modelling, and business cases to support quick, informed decision-making. Partner with senior leaders to influence, challenge, and resolve financial and operational issues. Oversee and improve month-end, management accounts, and performance reporting processes. Identify and drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and margin enhancement initiatives.
