Ortus Group is working with an award-winning Legal 500 regional law firm to attract Commercial Property Solicitors to join their growing Commercial Property practice.
We are seeking experienced and motivated Solicitors with 3 or more years PQE to join the busy Commercial Property team. Applications from senior levels, including Senior Associates and above, are also welcome. The team has experienced significant growth and offers opportunities for development and progression.

The Commercial Property team:

Responsibilities:
* Managing existing caseloads while developing your client base with support from the secretarial team.
* Handling property transactions from start to finish.
* Working on acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and land development transactions.
* Mentoring junior team members (if applicable).
* Networking and bringing in new clients and third-party relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining CQS standards.
