THE ROLE: This position blends leadership with EA responsibilities, supporting senior professionals while overseeing a team of assistants. Day to day will include: Leading, coaching, and developing the EA team Managing HR matters including absence, maternity, and wellbeing Supporting conflict resolution and maintaining team engagement Improving processes, workflows, and team operations Overseeing daily EA standards across diary, travel, and project support Managing allocations and workloads Assisting with internal events and recruitment Running team meetings and ensuring strong performance across the board This role is ideal for a calm, confident leader with extensive Financial Services experience (ideally Private Equity or Investment Banking) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains composed under pressure. The successful candidate will bring strong, hands-on leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to handle performance, absence, and team-related matters. They will be confident leading an established group, able to build trust quickly, and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, along with solid EA experience to support senior stakeholders when required.
