An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and qualified Mechanic to join a dynamic and growing team. As a Level 3 qualified mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive mechanics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring high standards of work.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently.
* Carry out safety inspections and identify potential issues before they become problems.
* Provide high-quality customer service by offering advice and clear explanations regarding vehicle issues.
* Maintain and keep accurate records of all repairs and services completed.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and advancements in the automotive industry.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a qualified mechanic in a similar environment.
* Proficient in diagnostics and repairs for a wide range of vehicles.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and modern automotive technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Full UK driving license (essential).
