Key Responsibilities:
As Receptionist, you'll support the Head of Guest Relations in creating a seamless guest journey:
Welcome guests and deliver a warm, professional first impression
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest enquiries, special requests and reservations
Support with booking spa treatments and guest experiences
Ensure guest areas remain organised and presentable
Help create personalised stays so every guest feels valued
Work closely with the wider front-of-house team to maintain high standards
What we're looking for:
To succeed as Receptionist in Bridport, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or similar front-of-house role within a luxury hotel environment
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Ability to work a 40-hour rota including evenings and weekends
