About the Role
Were recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation supplying specialist solutions to the UK construction sector.
This role focuses on researching and tracking upcoming construction projects across the country
from hospitals, rail stations and bridges to stadiums, commercial developments and iconic landmarks.
Youll use online tools, industry databases and phone-based research to identify future projects, map the key contractors involved, and highlight the decision-makers that the sales team should approach.
Your work will provide valuable project intelligence that drives business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track upcoming construction projects nationwide.
Research main contractors, subcontractors and specialist partners involved in each project.
Map key stakeholders and decision-makers for the commercial team.
Keep project data accurate and up to date in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports and insights to support sales strategy.
Collaborate with colleagues to prioritise opportunities and share intelligence.
About You
Were looking for an organised, inquisitive individual who has:
Experience in project research, construction intelligence, sales coordination, sales administration or lead generation.
Strong online research skills and confidence using databases, CRM tools and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and present data clearly.
A collaborative, proactive approach with the drive to learn and grow.
