Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils struggling with behaviour, social skills, or emotional regulation
* Implement behaviour management strategies under the guidance of class teachers
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
* Work closely with the SENCO to identify and support vulnerable pupils
* Facilitate small group and one-to-one interventions
