$40,495.10 - $52,643.64

The Patient Access Specialist is located in the the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Department (PASED) and is a position that must be able to deal in a ‘pressure cooker’ environment. The PASED is a hybrid position combining the Patient Access Representative position and the Health Unit Coordinator position. The position includes but is not limited to: rotating between the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Department; being trained and expected to rotate assignments in 6 disciplines with the Emergency Departments.

* Demonstrates respect for individual differences of each person by acknowledging the essence of each person, appreciating and responding to unique, spiritual, personal and cultural backgrounds of patients, families and colleagues.
