Responsibilities:
1. Ability to read 2D drawings & 3D CAD models.
2. Create and write CMM programs.
3. Use of Manual CMM Checking Arms.
4. Align and inspect fixtures to car line values.
5. Manually adjust fixtures to achieve within tolerance results.
6. Knowledge of ‘R’, ‘R&R’, and Bias studies.
7. Basic toolroom hand skills are an advantage.
8. Overtime – time and a third over basic; time and a half on weekends.
9. Working hours: 7.30-4 Monday – Thursday, 7.30-12.30 Fridays.
