We are looking for a Service Advisor to work within the service department.
Required skills
* Ability to work well within the service team
* Maximise service department profitability
* Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
* Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer retention
* Excellent organisation and the ability to work well within deadlines
* Communicate well with the workshop to ensure that vehicles will be ready on time
* Ability to upsell retention products and additional work
Experience:
· No experience necessary, training will be given to the successful candidate
· Experience in using Keyloop is advantageous
· Strong communication and customer service skills are key
