Novogene Europe is seeking an experienced and dynamic UK & Ireland Sales Manager to lead and drive sales efforts across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing key customer relationships, and motivating a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong background in genomics, exceptional sales leadership skills, and a track record of selling to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and top-tier customers in the biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical industries.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed company targets and KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the UK & Ireland sales team to drive business growth.
Identify and engage with new business opportunities in academia, biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical companies.
Travel with the sales team across the UK and Ireland to support client meetings and business development.
Represent Novogene at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across Europe.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a management role.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
Bachelor’s degree in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field (MSc or PhD preferred).
Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
