We require someone who can work independently or as part of a team, and you will be involved in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services within Springfield Training. This is a critical role in the business by assisting key company executives with scheduling, organisation and administrative tasks. You will be required to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal and external customers. The role involves demonstration of strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing these skills. The Executive Assistant is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time effectively, problem-solving skills, and decision-making.
