PE Global is recruiting an Contract Coordinator for our renewable energy client based in Birmingham. The role is an initial 6-month contract and the rate for this role is £14.80 p/hour. The role is hybrid with an office presence required in Birmingham once/twice a week.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance on contract-related matters to project teams
* Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with business objectives
* Manage the full commercial lifecycle of contracts, including payments, claims, variations, and risk management
* Identify contractual risks and opportunities and drive mitigation strategies
* Ensure accurate execution of contractual obligations across multiple projects
* Support negotiations alongside Legal teams, including dispute resolution where required
* Maintain commercial registers and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements:
* Strong experience in commercial or contract management within engineering, energy, or infrastructure sectors
* Solid understanding of contract terms, claims, and risk management
* Ability to work independently and manage complex issues
* Experience collaborating with legal teams on negotiations and disputes
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
