Job Title: Kitchen Designer/Surveyor
Location: Field Based - Must be within 1 hour commute of Leicester
Salary: £27000k, Plus Phone. Plus Company Car, Laptop, Portable Printer
Elevation Recruitment are working with a retail business to support them with the recruitment of a permanent Kitchen Designer.
The ideal candidate must be based in Leicester area or the surrounding area within a 20-mile radius. There will also be some travel across the UK and overnight stays.
As a Kitchen Designer your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing kitchen layouts using CAD or our inhouse system
* Supporting and scheduling tenants’ choices for the kitchen requests
* Conducting site kitchen surveys in occupied and unoccupied Social Housing properties.
* Project managing your sites to ensure they run smoothly.
* Developing relationships with site personnel and customers
* Admin duties including sending prices and PDF’s to customers
The candidate must:
* Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
* Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
* Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines.
* Computer literate.
* Flexible with working times and location.
You will also have:
* Excellent Excel skills.
* A full driving licence
