Key Responsibilities:
* Support site automation issues reactively.
* Apply structured problem-solving skills.
* Manage minor automation Capex projects from start to finish.
* Support automation elements in site projects.
* Maintain and monitor automation and electrical software.
* Ensure compliance with standards.
* Manage obsolescence and improve controls.
* Analyze performance data to improve efficiency.
* Conduct risk assessments and health checks on panels.
* Provide automation support for improvements.
* Analyze site data for quality enhancement.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support roadmaps for Quality, HS, EMS, Engineering, and Autonomous Maintenance.
* Contribute ideas for business improvements.
* Engage in engineering improvement activities.
* Understand the impact of actions on business goals.
* Train new colleagues on-the-job.
* Prioritize health and safety.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
* Excellent electrical skills.
* Ability to work independently on projects.
* Previous experience as an Automation Engineer.
* FMCG industry experience preferred.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
