We are looking for motivated and compassionate Health Care Support Workers, with a passion for caring for people. The successful candidate will play an integral role in improving patient outcomes.
They will work as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing a high standard of safe care and effective nursing care.
Main duties of the job
* To work as a part of the team under the supervision of Registered Nurses
* Participate in delivery of patient care
* Contribute towards the ward organisation
* Support registered nurses in the provision of a safe and caring environment
* Complete the care certificate
