Job Title: Operational Excellence Intern

Salary: £, per annum full time equivalent (£, will be pro-rated for your -week internship)

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (- days per week in the office minimum)

Contract: Full Time ( hours per week) / Fixed Term ( weeks)
Placement dates: th July – th September

About the role

The Operational Excellence Intern supports initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and performance across Assessment Operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analysing data and processes, experimenting latest automation and AI solutions, and collaborating with teams to drive meaningful changes.

As part of this role, you will:

1. Assist in mapping, analysing, and improving business processes
2. Collect and interpret operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
3. Support of and/or consultation with wide range of stakeholders to elicit and articulate clear customer and business goals
4. Focus on understanding customer problems and identify opportunities for improvements to drive efficiencies across the organisation
5. Participate in workshops, root cause analyses, and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
