To support that, we are looking for a Senior Insight & Innovation Manager to define what’s next. Someone who lives at the intersection of food, culture, and customer obsession, and knows how to turn that into products people can’t wait to taste.
You’ll own the journey end-to-end: from spotting the next big thing to launching it in restaurants. If it doesn’t excite customers or move the business, it doesn’t make the cut.
What You’ll Own
Innovation That Lands
* Own end-to-end product development—from bold idea to in-restaurant reality
* Build a pipeline that hits hard commercially and culturally
* Create craveable, talkable, repeat-worthy products
Menu That Performs
* Design a menu that’s simple, sharp, and impossible to ignore
* Constantly evolve based on what customers actually do (not what they say)
* Partner with marketing to make sure it shows up loud and clear
Insight That Drives Action
* Turn data, trends, and behaviour into decisive action
* Stay ahead of culture, not behind it
Pace & Precision
* Run innovation forums that cut through noise and drive decisions
* Own a stage-gate process that’s fast, focused, and built for delivery
* Test, learn, iterate, then scale what works
Make It Happen
* Work hand-in-hand with suppliers and teams to make bold ideas real (and scalable)
* Align with EMEA to go bigger, faster
* Bring the whole business with you, ops, marketing, finance
What You Bring
* 6+ years in innovation, product, or insight (QSR, retail, FMCG)
* A track record of launching ideas that hit the mark
* Sharp commercial instinct; you know what drives trial, margin, and repeat
* Confidence to challenge, influence, and make decisions
* Ability to turn data into clear direction
* Energy, curiosity, and a genuine obsession with food and culture
