As the Sales Director you will lead our sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering key relationships to expand market presence. Proven cybersecurity sales experience in high-growth startups, driving net-new logos and new market entry. Strong track record in partner-led sales (MSPs, resellers, distributors) with long-term relationship building. Demonstrated stability and success (2–3 years per role, consistent quota attainment). Ability to mentor and develop sales teams with structured training and career growth plans. Build and execute scalable, predictable sales processes to exceed targets. Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams on startup-focused GTM strategy. Deliver Cynet’s cybersecurity value proposition effectively to clients and partners.
