At Vertu Ford Brimingham, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! This role has been created due to the exceptionally strong performance of our new car department and current challenges within used cars.
We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £55,000, plus company car and company benefits.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives.
* Offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
* Guide and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add‑on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
* Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Working Pattern
The dealership is closed on Sundays, and Saturdays are worked on a rota basis, with a weekday off on weeks where Saturdays are worked.
