We are recruiting for an organised Asbestos Administrator in the South East region. Our client is a leading name within the Asbestos Removals industry, with a UK-wide presence and busy client portfolio. Candidates will ideally have good time-management skills, a strong telephone manner and must be competent using IT software. You will be coordinating asbestos removals projects in addition to supporting the overall running of the business. Ideally, you will be located around: Romford, Hornchurch, Ilford, Barking, Grays, Tilbury, Billericay, Basildon, Epping, Enfield, Barnet, Potters Bar, St Albans, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Knebworth, Harpenden, Luton, Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Bishop's Stortford, Chelmsford, Wickford, Braintree, Hitchin, Royston, Letchworth Garden City.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as an Asbestos Administrator, ideally within a removals company
- Proven industry knowledge
- Able to prioritise own workload
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in using IT software, such as: Microsoft Office packages
The Role:
- Working within a team to coordinate and plan asbestos removals projects
- Scheduling appointments and contacting clients to arrange site access
- Ensuring work is allocated effectively
- Ordering materials and tools for projects
- Issuing reports and documents directly to clients
- Updating records on the company database
- Answering client enquiries in a timely manner, via telephone and email
- Monitoring the progress of works, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with scope and agreed deadlines
