Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic beers & soft drinks such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, and Wainwright, as well as soft drinks like J2O, Robinsons, Tango, and London Essence. We also hold the license rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK, including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea, and Rockstar Energy.
With six production facilities and 16 logistics depots across the UK, Carlsberg Britvic is committed to success and growth. We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. This role is vital to our success, offering the opportunity to:
* Deliver exceptional customer support with a friendly manner
* Communicate via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
* Follow company procedures on customer responses
* Promote online digital applications to customers
* Manage multiple customer situations effectively, ensuring accurate recording of information through online service portals
Experience and Key Attributes:
* Recent call centre or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
* Self-starter who can hit the ground running
* Team player who can also manage their own workload
* Problem-solving skills with flexible thinking
* Strong communication skills and a sympathetic telephone manner
* Passionate about providing high-quality customer service
* Excellent administrative, IT, and organisational skills with proficiency in MS Office
