The Opportunity
A supportive primary school in Enfield is seeking a resilient and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to provide behaviour-focused support to pupils with additional needs. This role is well suited to candidates who are confident supporting children with SEMH needs, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
You will work primarily with pupils in Key Stage 2, providing 1:1 support and small group interventions to help pupils manage emotions, build positive relationships, and engage with learning.
