ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated and nurturing SEN Secondary Teacher to join our specialist school in Kidderminster, which supports children and young people with a wide range of complex learning needs, including autism, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, and speech and language communication challenges. About the role Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects (or subject specialism) for KS3–KS4 students with EHCPs. Create a calm, safe, and structured learning environment where students feel valued, supported, and heard Adapt teaching strategies to meet the social, emotional, communication, and sensory needs of students. Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team to implement EHCP targets and personalised learning goals.
