Job Title: Stock Controller
Location: North East (commutable from Sunderland, Newcastle, and surrounding areas)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Job Description:
As a Stock Controller, you’ll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy within SAP, overseeing perpetual inventory checks, and driving continuous improvements in stock control processes. You’ll conduct investigations into stock discrepancies, lead root cause analysis, and develop preventative actions to ensure inventory integrity.
The Stock Controller will liaise closely with departments such as Procurement, Finance, QHSE, and Production Planning to ensure smooth communication and on-time stock availability for production. You’ll also support external audits, maintain accurate documentation, and mentor team members on best practices in SAP and stock management.
Skills & Experience:

3–5 years’ experience in stock control, inventory, or supply chain within manufacturing or process industries

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)

Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail

Confident communicator and collaborator across departments

Resilient and adaptable under pressure
