The Business:
We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, which owns some of the most well-known brands in the category. The Role:
As the Brand Manager, you will oversee one of the company's flagship brands, focusing on growth, brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans within an allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives.
Your responsibilities include leading the UK brand strategy, launching new products, managing artwork development, analyzing brand performance, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy.
Required Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in food is advantageous
* Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
* Ability to work cross-functionally
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Proven success managing FMCG brands
