Your Role as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
* Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
* Book viewings and follow up for feedback
* Negotiating and processing offers and follow compliance handling
What we’re looking for from a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
* A background in sales or customer service is essential and previous property experience is desirable
* Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Solid IT skills & attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality & great organisational skills
* Valid driving licence
