To succeed as a Warehouse Operative, you'll be someone who can put people at the heart of everything you do, building relationships with your team and acting quickly to help our customers. This is a hands-on job for individuals who enjoy tackling big challenges as part of a team, like to stay active, and love to see their work make a visible difference.
No previous warehouse experience is required; we will provide full training to get you started.
A Day in the Life at Our Distribution Centres
1. Supporting store colleagues by accurately assembling orders.
2. Picking and manually handling stock.
3. Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, addressing hazards promptly.
4. Ensuring stock is received, stored, packed, and transported to high standards.
5. Taking ownership of safety for yourself and others.
6. Using tools and training materials efficiently.
7. Utilizing Mechanical Handling Equipment effectively.
8. Working independently and as part of a team.
9. Delivering excellent customer service with passion.
10. Enjoying the fast-paced, dynamic environment.
