The main role of the DAS Administrator will be to support our DAS Team in the management of a large portfolio of Debt Payment Plans. As part of the DAS Team, the role will involve administering all statutory tasks in relation to the approval of our DPPs, all ongoing administrative tasks in relation to the management of our DPPs through to closure, corresponding with our customers, creditors and other stakeholders, maintenance of our customer database and administering all payment distribution tasks.
All tasks must be undertaken ensuring that the company's focus on providing an excellent level of customer service is always maintained, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and other stakeholders.
