Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming Salford primary school seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Year 4 with a range of complex additional needs.
The successful candidate will work 1:1 with a pupil who requires consistent emotional regulation, structure, and personalised learning support. Experience working with Autism, Global Developmental Delay or communication needs is desirable, but a patient, nurturing and resilient nature is essential.
The role will include:
* Supporting a pupil with complex SEN on a 1:1 basis
* Implementing tailored learning activities
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Providing emotional and behavioural support
* Encouraging engagement and independence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
