Are you Team Teach trained and passionate about supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours?
We're a leading education supply agency looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to work in schools and specialist settings across Tameside. If you can stay calm under pressure, build positive relationships, and use your Team Teach training effectively, we want to hear from you!
You Should Have:
* Team Teach training (current or recently expired) - refresher courses available
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, or SEN
* A calm, consistent and de-escalative approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A genuine commitment to helping children thrive in safe and supportive environments
