Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in legal recruitment and a strong understanding of the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and recruit top legal professionals for our clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
* Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
* Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our agency
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on hiring strategies
* Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both clients and candidates
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months of experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced agency setting
* Strong understanding of the legal industry and various legal roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top legal professionals
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
