You’ll help create a calm, predictable environment where pupils can feel safe and ready to learn. Daily duties: • Supporting pupils with daily routines and sensory regulation • Using visuals, PECS or simple communication strategies • Offering gentle encouragement during lessons • Building trusted, positive relationships Great for: • Care Assistants • Support workers • Psychology or health graduates You’ll need: • Care or SEND experience • A nurturing, patient approach • Willingness to work as part of a supportive, hands-on team All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
