About the Role: As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of cutting-edge B2B products in the voice, data, or UCaaS space. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to create solutions that solve real customer problems and add long-term value. Key Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap and strategy for a defined portfolio Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to bring new products to market Drive product lifecycle management from concept to launch Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform decisions Define KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on data Support go-to-market planning and post-launch enhancements.
