🧠Role & Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of planning projects across residential, commercial & mixed-use sectors
• Prepare and oversee planning applications, appeals & development appraisals
• Provide expert planning advice to clients & local authorities
• Support bids, proposals & new client enquiries
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the business

• MRTPI-qualified with 4+ years’ experience
• Strong understanding of planning policy & development management
• Proven ability to manage projects independently
• Excellent written, verbal & report writing skills
• Confident client communicator with a proactive approach
