Job Overview
The post holder will work as part of the Digital and Workforce Productivity Solutions (DWPS) team to support programmes and projects, working with partners to improve outcomes and the design of process and technical solutions, with the aim of addressing improved service delivery, performance and transformation for NWSSP and the wider NHS in Wales.
The post holder, working with the Digital Workforce Project Manager, will support the maintenance and oversight of the various programme and project groups and subgroups by providing high quality administrative support (organizing meetings, minute taking, etc.).
This post will be responsible for the day-to-day administration for the DWPS Team and will be the first point of contact for service users and stakeholders for the DWPS Team, providing advice and resolution of basic and complex queries.
Main duties of the job
* Provide day-to-day administration for the DWPS Team and act as first point of contact.
* Support Programme and Project Managers within DWPS and the wider team, including coordinating high-profile meetings with stakeholders.
* Develop agendas and papers, project plan documentation, maintain action logs, risk registers and project communications.
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven administrative and project support skills, maintain a high-quality support service, manage a diverse workload to tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. Ability to work independently with initiative and minimal supervision.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential criteria
* HNC in business administration or demonstrable experience
* Good knowledge and demonstrable experience of MS Office Suite
Desirable criteria
* Business Improvement Technique Qualification or operational knowledge of Project Principles
* Understanding of programme office functions
Experience
Essential criteria
* Demonstrable experience in an administrative role
* Experience of project support work - project management documentation
* Developing and maintaining databases using dedicated software
Desirable criteria
* Working in an NHS environment
* Operational experience of using ESR
