Job purpose: This role leads the delivery of high-profile cross-company mentoring programmes, designed to support high-potential talent to advance in their careers. These nine-month programmes bring together over 300 participants from more than 40 organisations. As a Client and Programme Partner, you’ll take full ownership of your programme portfolio, managing it end to end. This includes delivering engaging programme events (both virtual and in-person), overseeing clear and timely communications, building strong relationships with clients and identifying ways to improve and strengthen our offer. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive excellent service, which supports long-term engagement and retention. Key accountabilities: Programme management and delivery: • Ownership of all aspects of programme delivery, guaranteeing all milestones and objectives are met • Plan, organise and execute high-quality in-person and virtual programme events • Own and manage detailed programme plans • Manage the programme budget, making sure programmes are delivered in budget while maintaining high standards • Work collaboratively with other teams in the business to achieve outcomes, thus delivering through others • Coordinate internal teams to enhance programme execution and effectiveness Client relationship management: • Maintain and deepen strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders (both internal and external) • Lead client calls, working closely with them to identify their needs, challenges and opportunities • Deliver high client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and continuous improvement, resulting in long-term retention and relationship expansion Retention and business development: • Retain clients year on year • Expand client relationships, programmes and increase revenue • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional Moving Ahead programmes • Collaborate with internal teams to explore and develop new business opportunities within your programme portfolio • Actively seek feedback from clients and participants to drive continuous improvement and innovation in programme delivery Knowledge, skills and experience: • Proven experience managing relationships across multiple accounts • Experience in programme or project management, with a track record of successful delivery • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers • Strong event management skills, with experience executing both virtual and in-person events • Experience of managing budgets and programme expenditure • Some experience in business development or revenue generation • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) • Experience of working with a CRM is desirable but not essential Our behaviours At Moving Ahead, our organisational behaviours inform everything we do.
